“Well appointed studio apartment, everything you need for a quiet beach retreat. There is both a back and front sitting space which is nice for morning/afternoon respectively. The beach across the street is quite small and we almost skipped it but decided to check it out. while we were there a pod of dolphins showed up, amazing!One small improvement might be a larger couch, we didn’t have any rainy days which was beyond expectations, but if a movie night were in order it would be nice to have……

“This property has so much to offer. It is extremely clean and very up to date. The furnishings were comfortable and contemporary. So much more than you would expect. It is in the middle of a quiet street but walk just 50 feet and you are part of the culture of Commercial St. So close to restaurants, clubs and shopping. You can walk most everywhere. A real bonus was an assigned free parking space. We hope to be able to stay here next summer. Communications with the owner, Rob were easy too.……

"AVOID THIS HOTEL One of the towels provided had a brown stain that was extremely ugly (doubt it may be undesirable marks, with a bad smell). What's worse is that I discovered it after shower when I was using it. This was unacceptable, especially for an esteemed vacation house like this. When I reported the issue to the front desk during check out, I received no apology and was told that no compensation could be offered because the booking was made through a third party (on Expedia), and the front desk could do nothing about it. He said he would report to the manager, and I received no follow-up. I find this response both unprofessional and disappointing. I also wrote an email to the management team and received no response. The general experience was unpleasant. I hope I can receive proper settlement from the hotel management team."
