“This was an absolute dream of a place! Clean, super close to the main street, feels newly renovated, with perfect amount of space. Note that there is a tandem parking spot on the left side of the building and entry is actually at the back of the building. Also note that you'll need to bring your own coffee :)”

“On the first day of our stay, we had issues with the shower clogging and flooding the bathroom. The shower is level with the bathroom floor (there is no shower curb), so if the shower is clogged, the whole room fills with water. I contacted Vacasa right away to have someone come and fix it. They said they would "alert the local team" and that they would "call me when they were on their way." The next day, after no updates, I called Vacasa back. The person from the call center told me they were……

“Our family has been to Cape Cod many times, but we've never experienced it like this. The views are incredible! Being able to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean, having coffee on the deck over looking the water, the views from the dining room table....I had to pinch myself to make sure it was real. It's absolutely amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates, pots, and pans perfect for cooking our daily breakfast. So many amazing restaurants near by... It truly was an amazing vacation.……

“Very comfortable and pleasant. Great location, close to everything but still quiet at night. Exclusive access to the front porch was a real plus! Parking just down Commercial St at Pat’s Parking Lot was convenient and trouble free. Shower in the en-suite bathroom was a little tight, but the second bathroom shower is much more spacious. Overall a great place to stay.”

“We stayed in this VRBO for Memorial Day weekend and it was lovely stay for two. So cute and in a quiet area while also being a short 15 minute walk right into the center of town. The VRBO host was so responsive and kind, let us drop our bags before check-in and gave her cleaning team a heads up we were dropping them off, and then on the back end of our stay reached out to let us know we could take our time leaving since they didn’t have another booking immediately following ours. Can’t say……

“Love the location just outside the downtown Ptown situation but close enough to walk/bike to everything. Reasonable not exactly cozy but all the basics and exceptionally clean ”

“Sapphire Heaven is a very relaxing mountain cabin with well apportioned high-end kitchen and bath amenities. The unique specialites were much appreciated. These included the outdoor fireplaces with firewood, screened porch, and outdoor spa area. We were on a mission to provide our grandson some time to rest and re-charge between a very busy senior year and an even busier summer and fall. Sapphire Heaven was a big hit with him. He loved everything about the rustic vibe and decor of the home……

“It was exactly as advertised. The host was responsive and helpful with television issue. Also, did not mind having to make beds and launder towels to keep the cleaning fee to a minimum, as other properties are charging outrageous fees for cleaning. Kudos. Will stay again.”
