“We found the unit to be clean easily accessible with having a car park literally at the door. After a long drive we found having room service available for a meal was excellent - the meal itself & customer service. Jimmy D's restaurant is also open to dine in - breakfast also available for room service if ordered the night before. We will definitely stay again. ”
“Good and Reception staff was friendly. However we would have liked the housekeeping to maintain the rooms a bit better by making the beds and resupplying the toiletries daily for us. We were there on a 3 day stay over.”
“Apsttment was magnificent. Incredibly comfortable bed and good facilties within. Kitchen, living room and bsthroom all immaculate, honestly accommodation itself second to none.
Location not ideal if you dont have a car though due to distance from shops and resturanta in center of Mackay. If you have a car though as i assume most would, recommend staying here”
