“Did not get information about check in. Waited so long in lobby and no one show up. Was given false contact number therefore unable to call. Cannot reach them at all. Tried contacting via phone and email for days for refund. Accomodation was already paid. Lost our money. Security tried calling and cannot get to them. Total scam. Ended up staying at another hotel.”

“The property itself was nice. My room was lovely and had everything I needed. The check in process was horrible causing me to have to book another accommodation. The arrival email was never sent to me. So I didn’t receive the entry code for the front door (as there is no reception). I arrived at 7pm w chick is a very reasonable time to expect someone to pick up the phone. However they did not. It took 7 attempts and Facebook messages the following day to get in. The WhatsApp number doesn’t work……

“I left the teeth washer but the owner don’t care me… so disappoint about that behavior. Also the apartment is dusty… we clean from myself and it’s much better after clean by ourselves…”

“What I like about it: Easy communication. Doorbell CCTV. Location is near Thiso Mall, about 30-40 mins away from International Airport. Hairdryer is provided. 5 mins walking distance to Landmark 81. Convenience store beside the apartment. What can be improved: Condition of the apartment is so-so. Hairs around the apartment. The washer+dryer works ok, albeit it was dusty and there was no detergent provided, hence I had to purchase my own. Bathroom had a bathtub. The sofa definitely……

Not very clean but good price

"If you see this as a budget hotel, then it’s not bad. Good location and good price. But if you see this as a 4 star downtown hotel, then you will be very disappointed. Room is old and smelly, molding bathroom, and most importantly it’s not clean. I killed 5 flying bugs in my room and body got itchy over night. Definitely not coming back again :("
