“The owner stiffed me big! My exact lodging’s 4.45USD including all taxes and fees and with current exchange rate 23,200VND/USD, that came to about 103240VND. So the most the owner should charge me is 105,000-110,000VND but she asked for 200,000VND. It’s 4:30am and I didn’t want to miss my tour bus nor did I want to argue and disturb other dorm-style guesses, so I paid 200,000VND! I also hired her to wash and dry my clothes and she promised that my clothes will be dried but when she turned them……
