“I was asked to stay in Cozy tunately homestay, not far from my original property. This property is acceptable. Unfortunately I got a cold there.
Location is one important factor when I decide where to stay.It is not a good practice to allocate clients to another property.”

“Absolutely amazing views, and such a comfy room. We had an electric blanket and a heater. We opted for the room with the bath tub and it was so cozy!!!
You have to bear in mind this budget luxury and not everything is perfect in terms of appearance but it was still such a love lovely hotel. It included a great breakfast, moped rental, laundry service and even excursion.

“Correspond au prix demander. A moins de 10 minutes du lac. Ne conviendra pas aux personnes a mobilité réduite car pas d'ascensseur et Il y a 4 étages. Par contre beaucoup de bruit du a la circulation.”
"We booked to stay here at the last minute and got a great deal online. Our check in was prompt and friendly and the room was clean with a balcony and good air con. We only stayed for one night but would happily have stayed longer, the roof terrace was great for a couple of happy hour beers and a tasty lunch. All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but adequate for the price! Overall a great value hotel and in a good location to explore Hanoi."
