“家庭式旅館，主人家very nice 地理位置優越，古鎮、市集、夜市都好近 但旁邊應該係卡拉ok, 會有人唱歌唱到夜晚10點，還好我夜瞓所以冇太大影響 房間除左有幾隻螞蟻仔外整體都唔錯”

“very helpful host in arranging laundry and transportation, albeit slightly more expensive, but paying for the convenience. gave recommendations for local food and tailor as well. room was very clean. had some issue with hot water initially but responsive in resolving it quickly. bikes looked to be in old condition, and we felt like we were discouraged from using them.”

“The lock of inside on my room is broken and won't close. I have to lock it with a key, but the light won't turn on unless I insert the key, so I need to use my cell phone light. The bathroom and toilet are shared, so I need to use my cell phone light to open and close the door every time I leave the room. Also, the room and bathroom aren't cleaned, there are mosquito bites on the mirror, and the shower hose is covered in dust. What's bothersome is that I have to ask for the bath towels to be……

“The property and family that run it are great. I chose the property for it's quiet location after the chaos of Hanoi. Unfortunately construction work very near by was very loud during the day starting early in the morning and going on all day. Very sad for the business. They did provide ear plugs but didn't really fix the issues 🌺”

“Host was the best I could imagine. She helped us with all sorts of service like early check-in, booking tours and travel to our next place. The rooms were unfortunately not as good so takes the rating down. Drain was clogged in our first room. AC did not work to heat or dry the rooms so it was very moist and cold and we were freezing through the night. I can imagine this place being much better on a warm summer day when that is not a problem and the pool also being more useful.”

“The accommodation is clean and comfortable. We have stayed for 2 nights at Hoi An. The homestay is located at a very convenient location which we can access to the night market and the riverside with a 2-minute walk. Unexpectedly, we didn’t hear any noise from the busy bars and restaurants that were just one block away. The breakfast was nice and the owner was nice enough to let us eat a bit earlier so we could grab a quick bite before the local tour starts.”
