“Usually spend a week camping in the area chasing after elk in the Pigeon River State Forest. Due to other obligations this year, my father and I were only able to get away for 2 nights. This cabin was perfect for our needs. It was clean, cozy, and had everything that we needed. The owners even added some surprises with complimentary snacks and toiletries.”

Excellent fishing, there are plenty of pike bliegill and bass in the canal right off of the dock. Trolling motor for the pelican was perfect for getting around the lake. We had a blast.”

The host was very good at responding to our questions, and the cabin was just right for us (two golfing guys) to be comfortable. Paul's Pub - about 1.5 miles down the road - was wonderful as well. ”
