“We stayed here with our dog while our son was in Cooperstown for baseball. This was everything we wanted. Our hosts were wonderful, the location is beautiful, our stay was comfortable and we would stay here again in a heartbeat. The outdoor shower was amazing. We really enjoyed visiting with the animals on the farm. Fantastic experience all around. ”

“We were in town for a wedding and a weekend of RnR. This is the perfect spot for that! The cabin was very clean and cozy. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the porch swing and evening drinks by the fire while listening to nature. It truly was a great location to unwind and recharge. If we are ever back in the area, we will be booking this cabin!! A communication with Peter, he was the best host ive ever encountered while booking a trip. Highly recommend.”

“Beautiful place to stay”

“Lovely well maintained Victorian home on a corner lot. Plenty of parking. Swimming pool and landscaping were nice. Two block walk to watch trains. Large dining and livingroom. The only issue that became a large issue is that there are only two mini splits for air conditioning. The dining/livingroom and one bedroom upstairs had air conditioning. The remaining bedrooms, while beautiful, were stifling hot. The kitchen was small but well appointed and I was able to bake a wedding cake easily but the……
