“The property is conveniently located less than 15 minutes from Dreams Park and town. The property owner, Josh, is great to work with.”

“Cute. Small. Kitchen well-equipped, including Keureg with some pods provided for coffee & tea, sweetener & powdered cream (morning coffee info is important to me!). Near Empire State Trail, which was perfect because I was biking in and out from the trail. Host very accessible. Location appears rural, but there are active train tracks very nearby, so it can get noisy, but it settles a bit at night. I was confused because in the listing it says sleeps 4, and in the photos the upstairs beds looked……

“We had a wonderful stay at the lakeside cabin with picturesque views of the lake and colorful mountains in the back drop. We enjoyed evenings on the deck lakeside sipping wine and watching the waterfowl. The cabin itself is cozy and tastefully decorated, with very comfortable beds. I would highly recommend this gem of a get away!”

“We ended up not staying. The description says it is a cabin, it is an old manufactured home (mobile home). When we pulled in there was items scattered around the yard, the grass hadn’t been mowed. When we got to the first step the wood need to be replaced. There were holes in the soffit. Once inside the couches looked old and dingy. The inside needed to be spruced up. I contacted the property owner and told her our concerns. Her response was “Things and furnitures are as in the pictures posted……

“We were in the area for a family wedding and this rental worked perfectly. It really was a home away from home, full kitchen, laundry area. The 2nd floor had a seperate living area, full bath and sleeping area for my son’s family with 2 small children. Had I stayed longer I may have enjoyed the outdoor hot tub.”

“We had a great stay over Labor Day weekend! The property was very serene and relaxing. Less than 15 minutes to Cooperstown as well. Definitely recommend staying here!”

“The cabin experience was more than we expected. It was beautiful inside and out. It was very clean at arrival. We loved sitting outside listening to the owls at night, the kids skipped rocks on the pond and we stayed up late playing board games. I wish we had stayed longer since we had such a great time!! ”

“The cottage was definitely older but was clean. The bathroom looked like it been redone recently and the kitchen had everything you would need to prepare your meals. The view from the cottage is much better than the impression you get from the online photos. The best part about the property is the location. The Griffis Road Marina is in a very secluded cove and is very calm. We had our Seadoo docked there for 6 days and rode over 200 miles during our stay. The Lake is Beautiful with many small……
