“Clean, comfortable, peaceful place to step away and unwind. Chris is the best kind of host; all needs are addressed promptly and efficiently, he is not intrusive in the least but always available, and has thought of everything at the cabin to make it an easy, effortless stay. The surroundings are peaceful: river, woodchucks, birds, and foxes lend themselves to an enchanting atmosphere but never come too close to bother. Passing trains and churchbells are a thing, but again, add to the unique……

“My mother-in-law has a bucket list of staying insome unique places so we booked this for her birthday. The caboose is very cool! The caboose is very clean. The kitchen had plenty of cooking supplies if needed and a nice size refrigerator. The bathroom was clean and had plenty of towels. We would highly recommend staying here, especially if you know someone that loves trains or likes staying in one of a kind places.”
