“This Best Western fit our needs. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast food was well prepared with an excellent layout. The whole facility was very clean. One drawback was the fitness room odor was rather unpleasant and needed airing. Its location made getting to the eastern suburbs of Rochester and into the Finger Lakes very easy. We will definitely be staying there again.”

“A well maintained brand new hotel with large, well thought-out rooms. The bathrooms were enormous. Staff was friendly but the “restaurant” breakfast area was so short staffed that they could not reasonably serve 5 tables. The property was beautiful, overlooking the lake. Parking is plentiful with a whole row of EV chargers! ”

“We really enjoyed our stay. For me, one of the properties biggest highlights was the elbow room between you and the neighbors. Lots of space. The property description is very accurate when it came to accessing the water so be sure to read it carefully to make sure it is for you. I found lots of fossils along the shore which was an added bonus!!”
