It is composed of a nice living room of 25 m², an equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a shared garden of about 320 m². - Bedroom 2: two single beds.

- A private terrace of 14 m² facing North with furniture to enjoy the nice days.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
The gîte is ideally located in Cancale, which has been elected a remarkable site of taste and is renowned for its oysters and shellfish, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
