“Very central location yet quite through an alley way to the hotel apartment.New building. Part of the building still under construction but the noises are not bad. Yet they want you to sign a form that say you are aware of construction noise and agree not to complain. Which did not sign and agree. “I stayed here for 5 nights in early September as a solo female traveler- I felt completed safe, comfortable, and simply happy at this beautiful and extremely well-maintained property. The grounds are extremely well-kept (pool area, lobby, rooms, hallways, etc). The staff were beyond welcoming every time you saw them, and they were always ready with a smile to help with any requests. You can tell this is a well-trained staff in hospitality! “Exceptional property and wonderful team. The Sunny family really made sure we have the best experience in Bali. The property is down a long driveway meaning you get the best sleeps but you are also in the hub of Canggu and everything is just a quick Gojek/Scooter away. “最高でした！子連れ（2歳）で2週間滞在しました。またチャングーに来る際は滞在したいです。自信を持っておすすめします。
強いていえば気になった点としては、シャワーのお湯がすぐぬるくなります。複数人で使用する際は湯量の調整が必要かもしれません。
小さいアリがたくさんいました。これはホテルのせいではないので、食べ物はすぐ片付ける等ご自身で対策が必要です。
連泊の際は清掃は2日に1回。タオルは言えば毎日交換してくれます。ドライヤーは言えば貸してくれます。ビーチタオルも借りれました。WhatsAppでコミュニケーションが取れるのでアプリをダウンロードしておくと便利だと思います。
色んなホテルを滞在しましたが、値段以上の価値があり、とても可愛くて清潔でした。潔癖症の私が満足できるホテルは久々です。ぜひこの状態をキープしてください。また戻ってきます。ありがとうございました！

"Not a relaxing stay.
Staffs rang to my room at 9:00 am due to their fault of making deposits to my credit card.
They also knock on my door every single day at 5 or 6 pm for asking any further housekeeping needs, which was helpful but quite disturbing at the same time if you are hanging out in the room.
Plus, the called again at 11:00 am to remind you checking out at 12:00 noon.
All of these made me feel uncomfortable for my stay"

"It’s our honeymoon and I informed hotel in advance however I didnt see them working on any of giving surprise or service to make it a honeymoony stay.
Lagoon is dirty. Leaves are sinking under the water and no one cleans. Despite of it, hotel staff are very nice and helpful. "
