“Room is big and clean. Vila provides varies of food choices for breakfast, included in room fee. Staff are very friendly and helpful, you can get any help from them. I got Bali belly (diarrhea from local food) during trip and the staff took good care of me. Vila also provides guidance to local activity and car service, with reasonable fee. However, the surrounding area's restaurants are quite expensive and nearest grocery shop need 20 mins walking time. Highly recommend this Vila if you want……

“I am Japanese and stayed here for a week in March. This hotel is wonderful. The staff are very friendly and kept the place clean. I enjoyed talking with the staff who could speak Japanese. “Pangkung Sari B&B is my favorite place to stay in Berawa when traveling solo for work. Feels like my second home ☺️ The staff are wonderful, and the rooms are always comfortable and well-kept. Breakfast is nice, though I often opted to eat elsewhere in Bali due to the lack of gluten-free and dairy-free options. Overall, it’s a great spot, and I’ll definitely be back!”

“Having on hand printed my already paid booking with Expedia, where the room was pool view (was on the description of my booking), they tell me that to have that room I would pay extra money, I choose the room with pool view and air conditioning but they give me a room behind the hotel with a fan. We only spent one night there and we lost the money for the rest of the days. Could be a problem between Expedia and the Hotel but the hotel only ask for more money and Expedia doesn't allow to cancel……
