“We stayed for a week and we were very happy with the service. The breakfast was very good with many options to choose from. The staff is very accommodating and they go out of their way to ensure that we had everything we needed. The first room they gave us after two days had a bit of mould forming on the wall due to the rainy humid weather and while we were out, without us saying anything or complaining at all, they took it upon themselves to switch our rooms. “Luigi and employees were friendly and respectful and made us feel right at home. We had dinner both nights and breakfast as well which was included. “This hotel has only six rooms. I stayed for two nights on June 19-21, 2018. I put all valuables including visa card, money, and passport into the safety box all the time until leaving. The strange thing is that there was a transaction it tried to pay by my visa card for twice on the 20th and 24th. Fortunately, the transaction was rejected by the bank. I have some hesitation about security and remind everyone that don’t rely too much on using safety box especially in smaller scale hotels. ”
