“We just spent a boys weekend here and it couldn’t have been better. The cottage is spacious, super clean, and really well equipped. The view of Lake Simcoe from the patio is unreal, especially at sunset. We made full use of the sauna and the BBQ got a lot of use too. The bedrooms were comfortable and everyone had more than enough space. Loved the big dining area and the open kitchen, perfect for group meals. Also appreciated how fast the Wi-Fi was and how much parking there was for five cars.……

“Very comfortable arrangement, host is extremely nice and helpful. During the summer months it may get a little hot since there is no ac, but there are multiple fans provided. The water was extremely clear and easy access, with some provided pool floats.Very beautiful and worth the money, highly recommend!”

“The house is huge - the furniture is quite shabby - couches on blocks of wood. Beds are falling apart. Only sheets provided not a single blanket in the house and only a couple of towels. The outdoor area was completely overgrown and the firepit had no usable area to sit around it. The decks were huge. There was no bbq that was usable and the canoe was full of holes. The upstairs is very odd with a railing around a hole in the middle. Pretty much a waste of space. The railings should be……
