“Company did refund our last night’s stay due to not being able to access the campsite. Creek bed flooded. Talked to management and asked if there was somehow we could get our medications that were in the tent….and we shouldn’t go without them. They stated they couldn’t do anything about it. Didn’t even offer other suggestions or provide an alternate place for us to spend the night. We finally found a hotel that had a vacancy, but it wasn’t until midnight.”

“Second year we have stayed at this place and we love it!! Nice layout, comfy, great internet and lots of parking. Cannot recommend it highly enough!! Wish I could give it 10 stars instead of 5. If there is a downside... Only has a 2 slice toaster ...get over it!...lol”

“Communication was great. There was a small glitch with the TV and Wifi on arrival but it was fixed with one quick communication. I don't mind glitches. They happen. The key is a swift resolution and that's what happened here. Place is very conveniently located to Bryce Canyon, but far enough away that it's not quite the tourist trap. Great base camp with washer/dryer convenient there. ”

“The property was really nice, well kept, clean and adequately furnished. Warm and cozy. Beds extremely comfortable. Conveniently located but little challenging to find initially. Water pressure a little low. Overall, I would recommend this place for a family or friends wanting to spend quality time together and having fun in the outdoors. Take food with you. No grocery stores close by. Fill up before arriving. No gas stations close by. (The one that is close wasn't open.) I would stay there……
