“The property was changed on us without notice. The unit they gave us was up two flights of steps. I purposely chose a ground floor unit as I'm disabled and cannot climb step. Upon entering the property, there was only 1 working fan for the entire unit. It was over 90 degrees in the unit. Again, I am disabled and cannot handle that kind of heat. I informed the property manager and they did not offer to bring additional fans or move us. We ended up having to move to a hotel at great expense. We……

“Our family loved this apartment. It was walking distance to the train station and downtown Parma. We loved having so much space. The bathrooms are modern and the washer/dryer was so essential during our stay. Thank you for hosting us. ”
