“This was a very nice little hotel and a nice little small town. Everything was very clean and overall it was a great experience a little bit off the beaten path. The restaurant downstairs was fantastic and included a breakfast with the stay, which was excellent. We had a fantastic dinner there as well. Everyone was very nice. “I stayed here for an overnight stop between La Fortuna and Monteverde, the hotel was better than I was expecting. Everything was great, a/c provided, was clean and comfortable and no issues at all. Would definitely stay here again if I were passing through. Tilarán is quite a sleepy little town, not a great deal going on there”

“This is very much a stay at a family’s home versus a primary rental purpose. It is a drive to everything but you get a lot of beds for the price. We had a very action packed time closer to La Fortuna so this house fit our low key plans. My husband used the sunroom with beautiful views for Work and the rest of us enjoyed the swimming pool and bird-watching. ”
