“我們於夜晚八點左右開始尋找酒店，雖然酒店非常貼心地一早電郵提供詳細指示，但由於住宿位置非常偏僻難找，離電車站又非常遠，地點附近環境頗暗，較少街燈，我們拖著兩個行李箱，又要找路，全程又累又怕，提心吊膽。幾經波折終於到達酒店，房門一開，酒店收拾得很整潔，又有酒店送的甲蟲朱古力，但是房間卻小得放下兩個行李箱後連轉身的位置也沒有。當初相片簡介中的花園部分，是我對這次住宿期待最高的部分，結果找不到相中的花園，這不是赤裸裸的圖文不符嗎。當日完成白天行程，滿心期待在酒店得到充份休息，但結果整個住宿經驗頗不愉快。”

“We had the most wonderful time at this property – it truly exceeded all our expectations. The view of Thunersee from the home is absolutely breathtaking. Whether it was enjoying a morning coffee on the balcony or watching the sunset in the evening, the scenery never got old – it felt like living in a postcard.The interior was just as impressive. "可升等入住五星級飯店，非常開心，飯店有免費泳池、按摩浴缸及蒸氣、烤箱，但可惜沒帶泳衣，只能享受蒸氣、烤箱，沒法玩水。飯店提供交通卡，提供入住時免費的交通搭乘，非常貼心及方便，另外，也很喜歡飯店出來的林蔭大道，延著大道一直走，可到達很有名的西庸城堡，漫步大道上很愜意，很喜歡這樣的氛圍感。未來有機會還是會選擇入住。"

Good hotel with new hosting system

"It is a self check-in hotel which you will get a link for unlock the doors, so make sure you mobile phone has enough battery (hotel has free wifi), luckily a friendly host stays there from 0800 to 2000 Very good location where inside the Bern old town, shops and supermarkets are just next to it, also close to the train station, dont miss the rooftop view!! Bad thing is the shower water is not hot enough even turned to the highest temperature, and there are some bars/pubs nearby, quite noisy on the weekend's midnight "
