“第一次入住 EMA House (Superior Unterstrass) 非常喜歡，公寓現代感 新 乾淨整潔，房內設施處處都有細心的巧思，入住期間 非常愉快。 預定時只剩一樓地面樓層，剛開始會擔心外面吵，實際還好沒有被影響到。（入住時遇到寒流 沒有打開窗戶） 床好睡、枕頭 寢具舒服。有加溫空調、也有冷氣，室內溫度 冷熱可自由調整。 設備齊全的廚房及洗衣設備，對旅客很便利。浴室有多組加溫掛片，對沒有時間烘乾衣服的很方便。 免費WiFi強度夠，2台筆電 2台手機 使用順暢。 房間每週一三五有清潔人員打掃、更換毛巾衛浴用品、咖啡及茶包。 公寓轉角隔壁街有11號及14號電車，平時移動方便。離蘇黎世火車站 僅2站路程。 公寓整體很棒 很喜歡，列入口袋名單。”

“Apartment was very clean and Danielle was very communicative and easy to reach. The shower nozzle was broken and sprayed everywhere. Quiet and safe neighborhood, but the upstairs neighbor in the unit above, walked around a lot. ”

“Studio ist wirklich gut. Alles, was man braucht. Parking Einfahrt etwas eng, aber Ok. 4 Tage vor Reise gebucht. Schlecht: Code für Eintritt kompliziert. Gemäss Hotels.com kommt Code 24h vor Anreise. P gebucht. Habe NACHTS 17h vor Ankunft bzgl Schlüssel-Code telefoniert. Hotels.com ruft Hotel an, gibt Buchung und Email, ich müsse ID Kopie senden! Ich muss danach Hotel anrufen. Die wüssten von nichts. Ich müsste mich voranmelden, mit Email gehe das gar nicht!! Aber sein Kollege hätte genau das……

“是一間非常設備齊全的房間，有小廚房、洗衣機、乾衣機、雪櫃，煮食用具杯碟齊全，稍欠調味料。自駕遊非常好有停車場，但要預早訂車位。位置接近市中心及在湖邊，可以步行前往，無需揸車前往。”

“The mattress was very soft for me and I would probably think twice before going back to this accommodation. But that's a personal preference, I prefer a much firmer mattress. Everything else was great. Clean and good location. Good price and good communication. If I wanted to be extra critical, lighting in the bathroom could be improved and perhaps provide two pillows per person rather than just one, and also provide some hand towels as we only got big shower towels. But great overall.”

“Very happy with the accommodation. Clean, comfortable bed, small balcony, equipped with everything one may need during a short stay. Parking in the garage had to be arrange paid separately. So, not included in the price of the accommodation. All in all, it is a very recommendable place.”

“I liked the location of the property; it was very close to the train station. I did not like how there was no person at the help-desk and the customer service was conducted strictly through emails with no phone number to call and they took hours to get us our entrance code while we waited in the cold.”
