“It is a very cozy place to stay. The staffs are very nice and would give good travel recommendations. It takes 10mins walk to the station or you can take the bus for free. The room is clean and large, sufficient tools for cooking various type of dishes.”

“I recently stayed at City Pop in Zurich and was pleasantly surprised by the modern, self-service concept. There’s no reception desk—instead, everything is handled online. About a week before arrival, I received an email requesting my card details. Once provided, I was sent detailed check-in instructions, including codes for the entrance and my room. These were also shared via WhatsApp, which was very convenient. The hotel is located about 10 minutes on foot from Zurich’s central train station,……

“The residences are quite new and modern. The area is a couple of kilometres from the city. Next door to an aldi supermarket, but not much around other than that. There’s a bus out the front for those of you who don’t like/can’t walk too far. ”

“The worst part was the hygiene. As soon as we entered the room, there were 3-5 flying ants in the shower. There were other people's hair in the toilet and on the bed. Every day, we found new flying ants in the shower. The staff gave us the wrong key. We couldn't open the door when we got back around 9 PM, and the office closes at 6 PM. Luckily, we had a SIM card to contact the staff. Someone came to give us the correct key after 15 minutes, but it would be tough for travelers without a Swiss……
