“Die Villa in Bellerive liegt an einem wunderschönen Ort direkt über dem Murtensee, tolle Aussicht. Die Einrichtung ist sehr komplett, modern und grosszügig. Grundsätzlich alles OK, wenn da nicht die Agentur HEIWA House wäre. Deren Service existiert eigentlich gar nicht. äusserst kompliziertes Check-in, kein persönlicher Kontakt zur Agentur, man wird laufend mit x-Mail bombardiert und liest offenbar die gesandten Antworten nicht. Ohne viel Glück wären wir bei unserer Ankunft (es war ja niemand……

“The photos cannot even begin to describe how beautiful this property is. The view is stunning and the apartment is fully loaded with everything a couple needs to feel at home. The decor is as soothing as the scenery--even the bathroom has a magnificent view. The location is within easy walking distance to restaurants, bakeries, food and drug stores. The transportation to get to the lake is easy as well. The host has gone out of her way to make everything as simple and accommodating as……

“Wir haben die Garduation unserers Sohnes gefeiert. Es waren Großeltern, Eltern, junge Erwachsene und Kleinkind dabei. Die Schafzimmer sind sehr schön. Wir hätten uns über Kleiderbügel in den Schränken gefreut und für mehrere Tage ein paar mehr Handtücher. Die oberen Schafzimmer haben alle sehr nach Rauch gestunken. Die Küche ist für Pasta mit Tomatensauce völlig ausreichend, der Anspruch darf aber nicht arg viel mehr sein. Beim Billiard ist ein Queue spielbar gewesen, was ein bisschen schade……
