“We stayed in a junior suite. The whole layout of this suite is strange, just like an old residential bedroom adding with a toilet and living room but doesn’t match the overall style / design at all. The water supply of the basin tub is totally out of control (bathtub was ok) either crazy hot or freezing cold, one way or other!!! “I had a very good and peaceful stay experience in Lugano with a lake-view balcony suite. The huge room with a spectacular view was nicely set up, and the gymnasium facilities were perfect. “Staff went out of the way to help and the view from my room made mynjaw drop open. The pool, jacuzzi and sauna were great also with an amzing view and the restaurant was top notch. It is a bit far from the center in Como and have to take the funicular (taxis are expensive) but totally worth it for the view. I would come again felt like a Queen.”
