“From the lobby, all the bell man helped us and did a great job and front desk were extremely helpful and were so kind. Their names were Eliezer and Francis however I don’t remember their names. Housekeeping were amazing and made sure our rooms were spotless. We experienced the culinary department was very tasteful.
