“El lugar es muy bello y elegante. Se trata de un apartamento nuevo, moderno y bien equipado, ideal para una estadía cómoda y placentera. Todo funcionó perfectamente y la decoración está muy bien cuidada. La única oportunidad de mejora sería prestar un poco más de atención a la limpieza de los cristales, para que la experiencia sea aún más impecable. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí. ¡Muy recomendable!”

“It was terrible because the place is in poor condition, it's like an abandoned condominium. There were fleas in the bed, the dirty walls of the ahua, the leaky water, that place should not be rented, a terrible experience, we left the next day”

“The condo is beautifully decorated with murals and well laid out. The bed is the most comfortable I've ever slept in. My husband and I loved evenings on the balcony overlooking the Relaxing Pool.We stayed two weeks and had housekeeping in halfway through. Miguelina is a treasure. While we were out she even did our laundry, which we did not expect. Good restaurants within walking distance. ”

“Excellent house for groups 12 people. The house has al the things you need for a week long vacation. Most surprising thing was the staff, specially its positive attitude, a service quality. Concierges were also of great help. The Chef is a must. No need for golf cart rental unless you are planing on playing golf.Rooms are large and beds are top level. Swimming pool and hot tub are really nicely kept.In general I would say a 10 out of 10.”

“This villa is amazing , everything very clean the Maid is very kind and she does everything extra good . She prepared everyday food for us and she cook very good .All rooms very clean the A/c works perfectly the beds are comfortable . The area is quite and relaxing the pool very good the water warm . “We had a wonderful time at Punta Palmera. The apartment is just like in the pictures. Spacious and confortable, we felt like home. The balcony is facing the pool and the sea, so the view is very nice. The bedrooms are huge and the kitchen is well equipped. The AC works very well. We will come back again ! Raphaelle B. ”

“The studio was in a great location within walking distance to a great restaurant at API beach. There are many other restaurants in the marina and the walk along the beach is nice but you also have many sidewalks in the front of the property. The view was amazing. However the condo needs a dresser and toaster which is easy to do. The beach has a lot of rocks but you can walk a little and go to several beautiful coves with soft white sand. I would definitely recommend this studio ”

“It was a nice property, and the host was great, but during the 8 days I was there, there was no cable, no hot water, the Wi-Fi wasn't working upstairs, and there was so much noise in the morning due to construction at the back of the house. The security lady who works at night at Las Iguanas was disrespectful towards us.”
