“very happy with this stay. Everything was as stated in listing. Condo was very clean and well maintained. We did have a problem with the refrigerator being too cold, but I think I got it adj. before we left on Sat. No problems with check in or check out. Loved the view and have already have booked for Sep this year.”

“I have stayed at a lot of beach hotels but this was my first VRBO. I was pleasantly surprised. It was well kept and just as described on the site. Beds were not that comfortable but the linens were clean and I did not go to the beach to sleep. Towels were actually adult sized and not for tiny people. The fridge was so clean it looked new with filtered ice/water in the door so no need to buy water. Ocean view from the master bedroom and the beach access was right off the parking lot. Its not near……

“Pebble Beach Condos are the place to be if you are visiting Emerald Island. Our Condo was FABULOUS !! We were so close to everything and LOVED every minute inside and outside of the Condo. Check in was a breeze! Everyone is so helpful and friendly. The condo owner reached out right away upon booking which was so nice and answered all of my questions and even let me add in an additional last minute guest:)Our family will definitely rent this condo again and again! Literally steps from the beach……

“Would have given a 5 star but had trouble getting the TV to work and we did not get to see the finale of the BACHELORETTE !!!! Also a couple of other issues that I had trouble in getting in contact with host. But the condo, location and view were WONDERFUL”
