“Located in a great location. Quiet and neighbors were friendly. Close to shops and stores. Jacuzzi was a great bonus.”

“The house location was excellent. The kitchen was a bit of a disappointment, it was small and the pots and pans were lacking in the sense there were no smaller pots and the layoff was not functional. The upstairs bath needs updated the tub needs reglazing and its dangerous to use. I have some mobility issues so its not user friendly to older people. Otherwise we enjoyed our time there”

“Wonderful weekend getaway to the quaint and quiet town of Cape Charles. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and the location was excellent-right across the street from the park, walkable to the town and the beach made it highly convenient! The house itself was a bit worn but well kept and spacious enough for our family of five and our dog. Overall, lovely stay and would recommend. ”

“We had a lovely time at this very clean house. Notes for families: one bedroom is on the bottom floor, and three on the top floor (may not work for all families). One bedroom on the top floor doesn't have a door. It's in the common area. It worked for us, but may not work for everyone. Sony was very responsive and had very detailed check in and check out procedures. Overall it was a great stay and I'd recommend this place to anyone! The views from the balconies were beautiful and sitting……

The cottage had everything we needed and was very comfortable and clean!The owners were awesome at communicating and everything was a breeze.We love Cape Charles and will definitely stay here when we come back!”
