“We came for the weekend to attend the Air Power Over Hampton Roads Air Show. This was the perfect place for us to stay. The house was lovely and quaint. We felt at home as soon as we walked in. The neighborhood is quiet and the sunsets were beautiful. Great for walking the dogs! We were really excited when we got to see the Thunderbirds practicing right from the house. “It is a studio size, private house. 200 sf, but with all the things you need. Very quiet neighborhood and 3 easy blocks to a very beautiful and not crowded beach. Only downside, no bed for 2. Just a large comfy daybed with a trundle underneath. Perfect for rest spot as you do the outdoor things. ”

“We really enjoyed our time in this house. It was such a treat to stay in a neighborhood with trails, a dock to fish from, and a safe yard for the kids to play in. The kitchen is well stocked here. The bathrooms are really nice and the couch is super comfortable. We are hoping to come back this summer. ”

“The house was well maintained for such an old house. Very small bathroom. I would not recommend more than 2 to 4 people stay here. The back yard was a lot smaller than we hoped. I felt overall it was a good place to stay. Maybe a little over priced in my opinion. ”

“We loved our short stay here. The cottage was very nice and located in a great spot. You could see the water from the screened in front porch. The cottage had everything we needed and was very comfortable and clean!The owners were awesome at communicating and everything was a breeze.We love Cape Charles and will definitely stay here when we come back!”
