“Upon arrival, we had an issue with the TV. Assistance from staff was timely as was a resolution. Outside temps were in the high 80’s and AC unit worked hard to bring room temp to 70 degrees. Beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was included in room fee. ”

“We stayed one night on this beautiful property. The owner, Mike, was very friendly and personable. The grounds of the property had lots of places to relax, unwind, and enjoy the surroundings. Our bedroom was comfortable and the breakfast was wonderful. We highly recommend and would come again in the future!”

“We celebrated our anniversary in Cape Charles for a week and stayed in the “Fisherman” unit. The property and home itself were well maintained and cared for. We enjoyed tiny livin for the week and would definitely do it again and recommend it to anyone marking a trip to the eastern shore. It may not be directly in the heart of Cape Charles like other properties but that is completely fine, the “community” feel definitely makes up for it. Eric & Sylvia we’re excellent people as well. “This is the best vacation rental I have ever stayed in. Beautiful, clean, well-appointed, and historic. Mr. Hawkins has taken this historic slice of old Americana and turned it into the most charming little vacation rental property. Mind you, it's small (hence the name tiny) but perfect for a single, couple, or even with a child. The cottage is as cute inside as outside. Whomever did the decorating is very creative.
