“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the East Point Farmhouse. The house was very clean and well equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay and is beautifully decorated with so many little "details" and a lot of nostalgia. We just loved it! We enjoyed exploring Onancock and the surrounding area and sampled some very good restaurants close by. Communication with our host was great! Thank you, Colette!”

“We celebrated our anniversary in Cape Charles for a week and stayed in the “Fisherman” unit. The property and home itself were well maintained and cared for. We enjoyed tiny livin for the week and would definitely do it again and recommend it to anyone marking a trip to the eastern shore. It may not be directly in the heart of Cape Charles like other properties but that is completely fine, the “community” feel definitely makes up for it. Eric & Sylvia we’re excellent people as well. “This is the best vacation rental I have ever stayed in. Beautiful, clean, well-appointed, and historic. Mr. Hawkins has taken this historic slice of old Americana and turned it into the most charming little vacation rental property. Mind you, it's small (hence the name tiny) but perfect for a single, couple, or even with a child. The cottage is as cute inside as outside. Whomever did the decorating is very creative. The owner lives nearby and is very attentive to every need, yet leaves you……
