“This property has good bones, a nice floorplan, comfy queen beds, linens of good supply and quality, but an uncomfortable living room in a new community with a lovely pool and nice neighbors. Our stay was marred by many issues: (1) misrepresentation of capacity, which is 6, not 8, posing a problem for the one night when we had a full house of 6 adults and a 4-year old; (2) the balcony was filthy requiring a purchase of supplies to clean interior and exterior doors / windows, and scrubbing rust……
