“Turtles and Toes is a little cottage that was perfect for my lowkey 48th birthday celebration. The location alone being 100 feet or so from the beach deserves the 10/10. It’s a small cottage but perfect for the two of us. We ran into a few issues as my partner has an unusually large Ram 2500 heavy duty truck. It is important to note, the driveway leading to the cottage is fairly narrow and the driveway at the cottage is not made for large cars or trucks. Had we known that, we could have driven……

“We had a great time here at this property! Less than a mile walk to all the restaurants (Sandbar is GREAT), and the beach is literally the next street over. The only problem we had was getting automatically locked out of our rental a handful of times because the keypad was very fussy but hopefully that's an isolated incident. There's an oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and they also provide basic cooking needs like silverware, knives, pots & pans, cutting boards, etc. Basic spices are……

“This was one of our favorite stays EVER. You have the paradise of the Bay on one side and the beach on the other! We fished off the dock and caught tons of catfish. Then by simply crossing the beach road, we entered the beach and the water was turquoise and the temperature of bath water! We found so many shark teeth and beautiful shells. One of my fav things to do every day was to hop on the bicycle and stroll down the beach road admiring the beautiful homes and the lizards scuttling by. Evan……

“This was my 3rd time visiting LGI. This house and property is by far the best one I’ve stayed at. It’s private, secluded, and stunning. This also might be the shortest walk from dock to beach house on the island. We found a ton of sharks teeth and even a crocodile tooth while strolling the beach. World class fishing, exquisite sandbars and only a short boat ride from Boca Grande. We will definitely be back for more!”
