“my husband and I planned a weekend getaway for our anniversary. I was nervous about booking because you just never know. We loved it! Communication by text was great. very easy!. Location, cottage all was great. I loved the pool!

“Amy’s property was perfect for 9 of us. We were in town for Beach Blast soccer tournament and everything we needed or wanted to do was within walking distance. The apartment was extremely clean and quiet. 2 out of the 3 bedrooms had air conditioning in them. The 3rd bedroom had an upright fan in it so to keep that room cool you do need to keep the door open so that it stays cool with the living room and kitchen air conditioning running. “When I arrived to the apartment the key was not in the lock box. It was late and I called Chelsea. She immediately called me back and explained where the key was due to an issue with the new lock box. She was quite attentive and respinsive. “The host, John, is a great communicator. The house is very well stocked and set up. The beach was so close and we loved the bay and Cape Henlopen State Park. The screened in porch was pretty and relaxing and the outdoor shower was great. This was our first trip to Lewes and we didn’t get to spend time in the town but it looked very charming. We bought wonderful fresh bread and cold cuts and Lloyd’s market. A lovely visit. ”

“Craig was a wonderful host. His property is a clean and well maintained, secluded and peaceful retreat from the numerous beach areas. The beaches, stores, restaurants, and historical attractions are within 12-16 minutes of the Osprey Nest’s quiet neighborhood. This was the perfect place to return to at the end of a busy day.
