“The property is separated into units which is not advertised. We ended up renting out 2 units because 15 wouldn’t fit in one, even though on the listing and guest information it said 15. The owner was really nice but also extremely confusing. The house was a lot dirtier than expected and quite messy with mattresses just lying around. Not awful, but especially for personally girls i could not stay. The owner gave us a bit of a difficult time checking in. We didn’t even end up staying at property……

“House was very nice however communication with the host was not so great. I reached out several times about early check in as we were attending an out of town wedding and wanted a place to change before We were told we could check in at 2 and then never received the code.”

“Our group of 8, ranging from 2 years to 60, stayed at the house for a weekend. I picked the property because of its location to the wedding venue. The house was exactly as listed, bedrooms were perfect for our group. My 4 year old granddaughter loved the bunk bed! We took walks around the neighborhood, all sidewalks, to little cafes and even Starbucks (a bit more of a walk, but doable.) It’s close to grocery store and shopping. Very easy to communicate with owners. We are just sorry we couldn’t……

“We used this house to stay with multiple family members during my cousin's wedding in Stone Harbor. The house was the perfect place to sleep and commute back and forth to Stone Harbor for the wedding and reception. Everything was included so no need to bring towels or sheets. We had a small issue with the temperature in the house and the host was super communicative to help us resolve it. The host was communicative from the very beginning when I asked questions ahead of time. He even refunded me……

“The property is lovely and comfortable. We enjoyed a wonderful family Christmas with enough room to play pool, watch movies and relax in the two living room spaces. Communication with owner was quick and friendly. Many amenities for summer stays. Some areas of the house could be updated but overall very lovely. Close enough to Cape May town as well.”
