“Great condo! ”

“A lovely retro condo that we love. My husband and I were married here 6 years ago when it was managed as a resort. It was very special to get to bring our two little children and two dogs to this great simple ocean front gem. I do wish it had a garbage disposal and a dishwasher, but otherwise, it has everything we need for a lovely relaxing vacation. The deck was very safe for my children which I appreciate!”

“We were almost the only ones there, very quiet. The building is under remodeling now but wasn’t an issue for us. Loved the walkable location and nice 2 bedrooms.”

“This little spot was a great jumping off point for walking thru Rockaway, and right on Hwy 101, so we could access everything we needed. A short little walk to the beach. The shower is a bit small, but we had plenty of warm water—and everything was very clean. ”

“Nice place, quaint... awesome view! No cell service and NO land line available! Getting into property was extremely difficult, code didn't work and had to drive ten miles to get service/help. Once fixed...rest of stay was wonderful!”

“I loved the easy access to the beach and quaint little beach town. Easy walks even though we put on 8 miles a day! The place is older, so nothing fancy but absolutely perfect for a needed escape to our happy place. Queen bed comfortable Nice ocean view to sit and watch with a cup of tea. Bathroom-plenty of hot water with lots of towels. Definitely would stay again.”

“Small space but perfect for us for our small getaway to the coast. I would like to come back in the summer to use the outside amenities. ”

“This property has everything needed for an escape to the beach and was affordable as well. View is amazing, bed is comfy, location is quiet (with exception of some NYE fireworks, which was expected), kitchen great for cooking meals, and short drive to nearby towns for better dining options. I will be back!”
