“Very clean, reasonably priced, centrally located property in Rockaway Beach! Short walk to the beach and shopping. Instructions and communication from property management company were clear and check in/check out was very easy. ”

The bed and bedding were comfy and cozy. The kitchen was well stocked and all the kitchenware was in great shape. I had just about everything I needed to prepare meals and enjoy my stay. Communications with the host were excellent. He responded quickly to all my questions and when I had a problem connecting to the……

“Nice place, quaint... awesome view! No cell service and NO land line available! Getting into property was extremely difficult, code didn't work and had to drive ten miles to get service/help. Once fixed...rest of stay was wonderful!”

“Bath towels put away under sinks wet, provided beach towels in master bathroom wet and smelled terrible. Dust pan full of dirt set on pantry shelf, garbage can had trash in it with no bag, only right side of stove worked making it difficult to cook more than one thing at a time, stove exhaust fan doesn't work, Coffee pot old and slow so it takes forever to brew a pot of coffee. 2nd story balcony railing extremely wobbly and unstable forcing us to keep kiddos off of balcony., Bunk bed downstairs……

“There were 5 adults in our group and we had a fabulous time. The location was perfect - ocean front, path to the beach right in front, just a few blocks to town & fresh coffee. Had to call to get the fireplace to turn on and the maintenace person was there within the hour. Would definitely stay here again!”
