“Our stay at Cove Cottage was perfection. The cottage itself was well equipped and impeccably clean. I'm not sure we've ever been more "at home" in a VRBO than we were here. The location couldn't have been better. We weren't more than 20 minutes in any direction from amazing hikes, beaches, and cute little towns. Coming back to the cottage, surrounded by the forest and steps from the beach was so relaxing after our days exploring. The beach itself was beautiful. We were lucky enough to get some……

“Great location with private beach access. Would recommend queen size beds but the bedrooms are very small. Sweet little spot. We will be back!! ”

“This place has absolutely beautiful views! The kitchen is very well stocked, but does have a lot of expired condiments in the fridge, luckily we brought our own. The beds are comfortable as well. The hot tub seems new, but doesn’t maintain temperature. Each time we got in, the temperature would drop. After less than 30 minutes of use, it would be at 98 degrees. Something that needs to be addressed, we thought maybe it was on an energy saving mode. The kitchen had some ants, luckily bait was……

“House was clean, well maintained, and well organized. Every room is cozy and unique, the living space is airy but comfortable, and the ocean view is unbeatable. Note: 5 steps up to main floor bedroom could be challenging for accessibility issues; not mentioned in listing.”

“Small family get together on the beach. Actually got sunsets! Near everything fun. Loved the place has its own stairs down to the beach. Only problem is bathroom is on first floor, nothing upstairs where bedrooms are. ”

“This house is just perfect for two, especially if you're bringing dogs. The bed is very comfy, the house and kitchen are well-furnished, and the location is stunning. The stairs are quite steep, but as long as you know what to expect there, it's no big deal at all. This was our second time here, and we will be back again!Leah”

“The location of the house is ideal for easy beach access. Great for families! We've been coming to this property every year for the past 5 years. This year we had to deal with unacceptable cleanliness issues upon arrival. More issues were discovered throughout our 5 night stay. Unfortunately we may look for a different property next summer.”

“This place was decent for the price. The kitchen was well stocked and my family enjoyed playing pool and sitting in the sauna when we werent touring the beach or downtown. It was fully fenced and safe for my doggo. The only downfall was no air conditioning and thin walls/curtains separate the sleeping areas. Very nostalgic and cozy. ”

“This place was really great for the four of us. The neighborhood was friendly and quiet and there were woods and wildlife all around - frogs in the wetlands, hummingbirds, jays, and a Great Blue Heron hunting the wetland area. The house was very clean and well-supplied for cooking, doing laundry and living. The fire pit in the backyard was a big plus! The property owner is gracious and friendly. We loved it! Only wish it was closer to the beach, but that’s not major.”

“Great location and beach access, nice views of ocean from inside and the deck, walking distance to a grocery store which also serves ice cream. Furniture was comfortable. Our overall stay was really enjoyable. Two issues however; 1. the toilet was clogged when we arrived and I had to use plunger several times-thankfully that worked. 2. there is NO OVEN. Just a stovetop, microwave and a small countertop multi toaster convection appliance. We were all set for cooking a 7-lb rib roast for our xmas……

The only complaints I have are that the weight limit for the dogs should be in much larger print so that it is very clear in the description. Also, my son is highly allergic to peanuts and there is a peanut machine in the living room. I suggest that be removed.”

“We enjoyed the stay but the hotel could be a lot better put together we were told we would have house keeping once during are stay .. never seen anyone . There was no ice machine like they said . The carpets were very tore up in the apartment. The swimming pool was only open till 8 pm even on the weekend ”
