I cooked in most nights (thanks to a well equipped kitchen), slept like a rock in a big comfy bed, and took lots of walks on the beach, steps away from the cottage. “The property is very enjoyable and clean--perfect for our family of 4 to spread out with our own space and come together in the spacious dining/living area. We spent a couple of days at the beach by the house and a couple of days we drove a few minutes around the end of the peninsula, parked at a pull-out and set up on that side - super easy and views of amazing sunsets on the water. The back porch was a nice place to relax and enjoy the morning and evening. Host is super responsive.”

“Such a relaxing stay. This was our first time to the Cape and it did not disappoint. We saw a WIDE variety of wildlife and sea creatures. Our first few days we couldn’t really enjoy the beach because the biting flies were so bad, but we were able to relax by the pool without any issues, which was fantastic. The home itself was clean and exactly as described. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. We only had to contact Kara once for a minor issue that couldn’t……

“Always love Cape San Blas. If looking for quiet unknown area to relax in then this is it. As far as the house it was very new. Very clean. Large rooms and had everything we needed. As others mentioned the kitchen could use more — only the bare necessities are there. We cook a lot on vacation so I could have used some serving dishes. There were none. More baking sheets/pans. Pitchers would be nice. Would also be nice if they supplied some beach chairs/wagon as the house is not……
