“Great location near the Trading Post (grocery) and shops. Location is great for a quiet stay right on the gulf. The unit could use some cleaning in the kitchen and bathroom, but overall it was nice stay! The views are great and you are steps from the beach. Further down the beach towards the state park is a bigger space on the beach, but perfect for a small group (just not a huge beachfront). “It's hard to beat a house on the beach, but a well maintained, decorated, and supplied house on the beach is nearly impossible to find...until now. Our family stayed here for 5 nights and loved every minute of it. The views are incredible and the house is setup with everything you need. We will be back here for sure!”

“Myself and my 13 year old daughter stayed at this listing. My sister in law met us from Texas. The area is very quiet. The walk was a little longer to the beach than I anticipated but it wasn’t an issue. My daughter loved the loft upstairs. The house was clean, plenty of linens, pet friendly. I would recommend backing into the carport. The next door neighbor had just had new gravel delivered. That gravel was spread into this driveway. “We had a great stay & appreciated the timely communication from our host. The unit was comfortable, updated & well supplied. While we found it to be clean upon arrival, giving 4 stars instead of 5 because there was one detail that was missed & we found the source upon checkout (a soiled pillow that was contributing to a pet urine smell we couldn't pinpoint in the master bedroom). The host was gracious in responding to this finding & replaced the pillow for the next renters. ”

“This was such a sweet little cottage! As described. Very clean. The only suggestion that I have is a new mattress in the queen bedroom, saggy in the middle but other than that, it was perfect! Only a few steps to the beach. I definitely would recommend this cottage for future stays ”

“We came to CSB with half of our kid's senior class. Of all the homes we visited, ours was the very best. Steps from the beach, it was easy to return to the house to use the restroom or get a snack. The downstairs pool room/bathroom was not connected to the main house so very quiet for those who turned in early. Need something to eat? Walk to the end of the short road for a delicious lunch of low country boil - or simply an ice cream snack. This house was perfect for what we needed.”
