“Perfect little house! There are 30 steps that lead up from the parking area. Well worth the climb for the view! Inside is small yet well furnished. The only negative I would have is the mattress. The middle is sunken in badly. To get to the beach is the same amount of stairs as the front. Again, well worth it! Very easy access to the beach. My wife and I will be booking another stay. We highly recommend for a couples retreat!”

“We had a good time despite the weather! The pool at this condo could be bigger for sure but the location right on the beach is great! Beach chairs were provided! There was an issue with the a/c so it was kind of damp in there but they were supposed to be coming to fix the Monday after we left!”

“We normally would not drive up to this part of Florida for a beach vacation, but we met our Georgia family up there and we had a wonderful time. The condo was very clean and perfect size for my husband and I and our 17-year-old son. I love that there was a thought in providing slippers, flip flops and other items to make the stay comfortable. I felt like there was everything you possibly could need for a week stay. We did have to buy some garbage bags (only one in the can) but no biggie. The……

“The property was very nice. The only complaints I have is that there isn't a grill, the fan outside at the pool would not come on and the fan in the living room roared so loud you could not leave it on. I would stay here again. ”

“We have stayed in port st Joe before and were looking for somewhere new to stay. The view from this house and the fact that it is right on the beach is hard to beat. We had 2 kids and 7 adults (plus 3 dogs) in the house and there was more than enough space! We had a couple issues with hot water and it does tend to go cold upstairs at times. I thought the kitchen could have been a bit more equipped with cooking necessities but we were able to cook plenty and enjoy it all. The upstairs master bed……
