“I rented this property solely to relax in the hot tub and it didn't work. I contacted the owner who said it should have been serviced that day and would work on getting someone out to check it. At 10 am the next morning we let them know we left and never heard anything else. Should have atleast offered to refund unused day sincethey couldn't provide the hot tub.”

“We had an amazing week at Captain Roy's ! The condo was spotless, comfortable and directly on the beach. Everything is new and is well stocked with everything you need! Mexico beach is so beautiful and peaceful, and Killer Seafood across the street is outstanding! Shipwreck Raw Bar is so good too! We can't wait to come back, thanks for a great winter getaway!”
