“We stayed for 5 days and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. We had a lovely breakfast delivered to our door every morning and a Nespresso machine with infinite pods right in our room along with a selection of teas and an electric kettle. Michele and Simone ensured that every need we had was met. “Check in 時員工告知泳池沒有開，可以幫我們取消，但我們已經去到了，便要求升級房間，職員很好讓我們升級了。房間其實很不錯，整潔的。每位員工也親切有禮。只是裝修比較舊式，床也睡得舒適，房間只有一個USB插頭充電。洗手間廁紙有待改善，是薄紙張不吸水的。吹風機上的膠已溶化，黏手的。健身房設施也不錯只是水機裏面沒有熱水，早晨款式不多，薯角不好吃，其他還可以。整體來說十分滿分有八分”
