“Gorgeous large clean rooms. Room service was quick and delicious. I ordered the big breakfast and fruit and it was fresh and filling. The front desk staff was indifferent and unfriendly and unhelpful. ”

“It’s a strange hotel, and very much a work in progress. Good: rooms are comfy and quiet. Cost wasn’t bad. Decor is silly, even over the top, but fun. Bad: spa is really not ready. There is no soap in the changing room. There are no robe hooks in the changing room. The overall vibe is this weird mix of “we’re not ready” combined with very high-end equipment. Coffee is bad, pastries are bad. We had one meal that was astonishingly slow, and that even despite there being next to no customers……
