Disappointment with payment
"Paid in full via Hotels.com at booking ! Hotel maid me pay again and I lodged complain with Hotels.com!! Hotel admin is really bad news and they repaid me next morning. Horrible experience !!"

A treat in the winelands
"Great stay. Exquisite property. Just sorry I couldnt stay longer. Everything exceptional except the wait for coffee in the morning, a good 30 min wait which needs serious improvement but otherwise nothing to fault. Great staff. Beautiful calm relaxing space."

"It's always convenient to stay here when coming into the airport. Staff is always friendly and helpful, and it's great having a shuttle from the airport.
