“The apartment is well maintained and was spotlessly clean. A couple of really minor issues were almost instantly resolved and the communication throughout the booking and the stay was excellent.The resort common areas are clean and well maintained. There’s always loads of vacant loungers on the sunny and pleasantly breezy beach. Buy drinks or coffee from the hotel bars with your credit card which are cheap and strong! The Dunas hotel has some bad reviews but that doesn’t affect the apartment or……

“net appartement, goede ligging en de host was erg vriendelijk, alhoewel zij nauwelijks engels sprak. Edil was heel behulpzaam. dit apartement is zeker een aanrader en wij zouden er de volgende keer weer willen verblijven. Het was compleet. het enige nadeel was dat het zo erg gehorig was,vooral de bovenburen”

“This condo was comfortable and quiet. The ocean front and view of Mindelo was beautiful in the evening. The ocean facing balcony can be windy but the remaining side balcony was perfect. Condo maintains the basic essentials. Genilda was very helpful and always arranged a taxi for us when necessary and was always there. Genilda arranged a taxi at the airport arrival and departure. Building reception was very helpful as well. Taxi ride to Mindelo center is only 10 min ride or less.”

“The apartment was pretty much in keeping with the photos and the view of the sea from the terrace is exceptional. However the list of services said to be available, we're not or at least, were not mentioned to us. At most we were offered just 2 trips which could be arranged. Although I had paid for the booking in full, in advance and the site advisedesign that this was inclusive of all taxes and fees, I was still required to pay 30 euros for the week (for 2 people ). On arrival we were……

“Trés beau séjour dans cet (appart) hotel à Sal Rei sur Boa Vista. Alberto et son équipe sont trés accueillants et serviables. Les appartements sont très propres, pratiques (une cuisine équipée permet de prendre ses repas ce qui évite d'aller tous les jours au restaurant). Le roof top est top! la ville est à 5 minutes ainsi que la plus belle plage (Estoril) où l'on pratique Wingfoil et Kite. ”
