“Loved the view of the top of the cathedral from my room. Great breakfast. Neat cave-like room for breakfast, adorable open courtyard with plants. Love the beautifully resorted historic design. ”

“Clean well kept hotel with coffee shop and located in the middle of historic center of Alcalá de henares. Good comfortable stay, not far from the airport.”

“– Habitación amplia, súper cómoda y totalmente silenciosa. La cama merece un sobresaliente. 💤 – Ropa de cama de buena calidad, tal como se espera de un Ibis “rojo”. – El desayuno es normalito; faltó variedad para arrancar con energía, – Parqueadero propio gratuito y cerrado: un lujo en Europa. Se lo recomendaría a cualquiera que necesite un lugar práctico, limpio y bien ubicado.”

“Location is far. The reception for checking in was not in welcome mood. We booked 3 persons room. It's not bad, clean and nice view. But the towel handle is broken. NO kettle is provided😟 and the fridge is broken down. Another reception came (luckily the checked-in one is off duty) to checking. David upgraded us to the suite room after our negotiation. It was much better although there is one socket is out of order, there are plenty sockets to use. But we couldn't go to swimming due to the……
