“I really want to give it a higher rating because the staff is nice and accomodating, but the property had issues at our stay, that I am not sure is resolved, so be sure to call the property to ask. They speak english-big plus. Apt is nice and spacious. There are mini split AC in the unit. However- The AC is tied to some floored installed heating and cooling that made the tile floors “sweat” in the evening. O apartamento é grande e espaçoso, bem equipado e novinho, possui cozinha com alguns utensílios, 1 máquina de lavar roupa, 2 banheiros o que é bom pois economiza tempo para se arrumar! Sobre limpeza, estava bem ok, principalmente banheiros! Ponto negativo: acabou a água quente muito rápido! Na segunda pessoa tomando banho a água ficou gelada! Isso nos deixou bem triste pois a caldeira é pequena e não suporta 5 banhos seguidos, chegamos……

“The room was good but we didn't expect an apartment building when we booked on a hotel site. Our flight was delayed and the instructions for getting into the apartment gate did not work. No help at 5am via phone. Had to mechanically bypass the front lock to get the family off the street and into bed which was a bit frustrating. The room was very nice and air conditioned though. ”
