“A clean hotel perfect for our trip. With the metro 2 minute walk - the accèssbility to the duomo and Milan central was very easy - approx 15 min on metro. Also easy enough to get to the Linate airport. Staff polite and helpful. Room clean and modern. ”

“Sound insulation is not good. Easily hear the noise from lift, pipe and corridor. Staff were not as helpful as expected. ”

“The room is very small. Very basic facilities. Breakfast is good. 10 mins walk to the Milan centrale station. Few mins walk to metro. Location is ok. ”

“The thermostat of the air-conditioner in the room don't work, temperature set at 22 degrees but the room was at 17 degrees the whole night. Bedside handheld phone not working, need to use speaker to talk. Lighting with broken light bulb. Room service breakfast provided with empty salt mill, ordered 2 omelettes and only provided 1 set of cutlery.”
