The location is convenient to south Lawrence with a grocery store half a block away and many fast food restaurants. The host is very responsive to communications and very helpful. ”

“Amazing stay and our best vacation home we've ever stayed in as a family. Clean, spacious, cozy, inviting, and like you never left home. They really did think of everything with this place. The layout is awesome, with bedroom right off the kitchen with en suite bathroom, 2 other bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom right around the corner from 1 of those bedrooms. “This is quite simply an exceptional property and host. Everything is as advertised and this is a great place for a weekend in Lawrence. There is plenty of space for four people. There are indeed four *actual* bedrooms and a nice kitchen area. The back yard is huge, with a firepit and firewood, with rocking chairs. Had we not come to town for a KU basketball game, we would have been content to sit by the fire all weekend, catching up and spending time together. There was also room to do……

It’s decorated nicely and feels homey. Not having to do any particular tasks before leaving was very nice. Would book again.”
