“I house a team of my employees in Topeka for the last several months. This is one of the locations and host we try to stay with as often as possible.”

“We had a lovely time. Our extended family was in town and the layout was great for a large number of guests. Each room had enough space for privacy, but was close enough for everyone to know what’s going on. The house could use some freshening up. It was clean, but some things didn’t work, like the coffee pot, oven, some burners, the fireplaces. But the house is well equipped so we made due. Plenty of sheets and towels were provided. We would book it again!”

We had enough space for all of the children and they absolutely loved it. We're ALL still talking about it! We had several inches of beautiful snow which brought back sweet memories of growing up in Topeka. We hope to return again...SOON !!!”

“Surrounded by houses occupied by KU students, this is a nice little house with 3 bedrooms, a nice family room, small kitchen, and back yard. The bathrooms are really nicely renovated, the bedrooms are spacious, and the TVs are smart. The kitchen is tiny and there's little to no glassware so be sure to bring your own...1 wine glass, 1 low ball, and 4 mugs. Otherwise had plateware, silverware, pots, etc. Would happily stay there again. Was there with my kids and they liked it and we all felt safe……
